Final event of the European STARTS Residencies programme
45 artists were selected to produce a work in close collaboration with a research project or an innovative company. Taking advantage of some of the most advanced technologies, art creates a bridge with humans and society by offering a sensitive, participatory and critical experience.
For two days and a half, you are invited to discover the different forms that art, science and technology projects can take: prototypes, artworks, performances, video projections, workshops. . .
Through their residency project, the STARTS teams have challenged the material, grasped environmental issues, conducted social experiments, and pushed the limits of artistic experience.

That is the concept of this project:
The convergence between art and technology and the artistic exploration of new applications are a key factor in understanding the socially significant aspects of new technologies and the future.
A three-dimensional, interactive room installation that is a development laboratory, including biomorphic sculptures. These sculptures are specially designed to be touched and have a very haptic surface structure, shape and colour which attracts to touch and feel automatically. The project aims to create a sophisticated installation that captures all the senses and opens the door between the digital world and the real world through the collaboration of technology and art. Visitors can move as if in another reality, surrounded by unknown shapes and objects that create a special atmosphere. And the visitor can be in the direct contact with technology and art. These connections in the installation create a completely new organism and world of experience.
